More Ups was formed from the synergy of Gallagher and Wood working together on Wood's granite fabrication shop. Wood's vision and understanding of business gave him a clear strategty of what he needed to do to succeed in this economy. Gallagher had his doughts about marketing retail granite in a recession. Through this process this service was born. The techniques and knowledge that Wood has and Gallagher's ability to position both visually with a Sell website and marketing the business in the right way created the perfect scenerio where we reduced the advertising spend and increased foot traffic to the retail store. Over the first couple months of the program we had cut the ad budget in half and increased sales 800%.
